Although my computer is not very old, I was very surprised when I started having problems with it. It had been sent back under warranty on numerous occasions to IBM and at one stage to Melbourne, where their leading technicians could not find me a reason as to why my computer was always freezing and not performing the way it was supposed to.

In short, I would like to commend you for your knowledge and persistence in fixing all problems with my computer, where leading IBM technicians were not able to. It is better than the day I purchased it!
