It was a huge step for me, being 83 years old, to try and learn how to use a computer and send emails to my son in UK. I don't think I would have continued on, had you not had the gentle patience to encourage and guide me through the procedures.

You will be pleased to know that I am using my computer each day now, sending and receiving emails, and often playing some of the card games. I also appreciate the way in which you set up the procedures (in the simplest manner possible), as it is so much easier for me to follow them now. I hope I don't need to contact you again, but I feel reassured knowing that I can at any time.
