** Telephone support is free
of charge for the first 10 minutes after which a charge of $1.50/min
applies and invoiced at a minimum of $25.00. Cast Iron will
endeavour to keep calls within the 10 minute threshold, but many
issues cannot be resolved over the phone due to impracticalities and
the nature of computing. Consequently, advice to this effect is made early in a telephone conversation. You are always welcome to 'book' a telephone support call in advance. |
